Terms and Conditions

1. Website Use

By accessing deeppocketproviders.com or requesting services from Deep Pocket Providers LLC (operating publicly as Deep Pocket Digital Marketing), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you must discontinue use of the Website.

2. Service Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry or contact form creates no obligation on either party. We review inquiries and respond within a reasonable timeframe during business hours.

3. Website-Preview Concepts

We may offer qualified business owners an unpublished visual concept (“Website Preview”) to illustrate potential layout and system capabilities.

• The preview is a concept presentation, not a completed, hosted, or published production website.
• Requesting a preview creates no obligation to purchase, and no obligation on the Company to deliver services.
• Qualification may be required. The Company may decline to produce a preview if business qualifications or scope are not met.
• Final content, design, and features are confirmed only after purchase and are governed by the signed proposal and service agreement.
• Preview designs and proprietary concepts remain the intellectual property of Deep Pocket Providers LLC until a formal contract is executed and payment terms are fulfilled.

4. Qualification

Availability of the Founding Client Launch Offer, pricing tiers, and certain services depends on qualification. Qualification and promotional availability are confirmed during the strategy call and live website-preview presentation. Scheduling or attending a strategy call does not reserve any promotional price or position.

5. Proposals and Written Service Agreements

The signed proposal and service agreement between the parties control the exact scope, price, payment schedule, refund provisions, revisions, delivery timeline, ownership transfer, and ongoing-service terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

6. Project Scope

Project scope, deliverables, and features are defined in the written proposal. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment and a written change order.

7. Payments

Payment amounts, milestones, and methods are specified in the signed proposal and service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, the required initial payment is due as set forth in that agreement. Founding-client pricing applies only to qualified customers who sign and submit the required payment during their live website-preview presentation while a position remains available.

8. Recurring Services

Optional monthly services, available starting at $299 per month, are separate from the website project and are not required to purchase, launch, or retain ownership of your website. Where recurring services are selected, their terms, fees, and renewal are governed by the signed agreement.

9. Third-Party and Usage Charges

Third-party services, domain registration, hosting, premium integrations, and usage-based charges are the responsibility of the client unless expressly included in the signed agreement. Known project, subscription, and third-party costs are disclosed in the written proposal before work begins.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, text content, logos, authorized imagery, and timely feedback necessary for project progression. Delays in client feedback or asset provision may impact delivery schedules.

11. Intellectual-Property Ownership

Upon full payment as specified in the signed agreement, the client receives ownership of the final, approved website deliverables created specifically for the project. Until full payment, all deliverables, concepts, and proprietary materials remain the property of Deep Pocket Providers LLC. Third-party software, fonts, and media remain governed by their respective licenses.

12. Client-Provided Materials

The client represents that all materials provided to the Company are authorized for use and do not infringe the rights of any third party. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they supply.

13. Revisions

The number of included revisions and any fees for additional revisions are specified in the signed proposal and service agreement. Revision rounds are governed by that agreement.

14. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in the written proposal and depend on client cooperation, timely feedback, and the complexity of the agreed scope. The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

15. Domain and Hosting Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership and responsibility for their domain registration and hosting account. The Company configures a secure HTTPS connection and reasonable platform settings as part of the agreed scope, but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or absolute security.

16. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the signed proposal and service agreement. Any deposits, refund eligibility, and cancellation fees are specified in that agreement. The Company does not provide refunds except as expressly stated in the signed agreement.

17. Disclaimers

Deep Pocket Providers LLC does not guarantee specific lead volumes, sales, revenue, search-engine rankings, uptime, or conversion improvements. Services and Website content are provided on an “as is” basis. Business results depend on many factors outside our control.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Pocket Providers LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our Website or services.

19. Promotional Terms

The Founding Client Launch Offer applies to the first 10 qualified customers who sign the service agreement and submit the required payment during their live website-preview presentation while a position remains available. The offer applies to the base custom website package, is limited to one offer per business, is nontransferable, and cannot be combined with another promotion. Additional pages, custom development, premium integrations, third-party services, and work outside the base package may cost extra. After the 10 founding-client positions are filled, custom website projects will begin at $2,000. Ongoing monthly services begin at $299 and are priced separately. The Company reserves the right to end or modify the promotion at any time.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deep Pocket Providers LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within that jurisdiction.
